Monday Photo - Food of the Quebecer Gods
It's deep fried chips. It's spicy gravy. It's cheese curds. It looks like dog vomit. It's POUTINE - possibly the most evil and delicious food in the world. It's basically the national dish of Quebec (yeah, national - just ask the separatists) and accounts for aaproximately 47% of my thighs. Damn.
